The agreement was signed on 23 June 1971.
An additional agreement on co-operative marketing arrangements between the aeronautical authorities of Denmark, Norway and Sweden and the aeronautical authorities of Indonesia, was signed by Sweden on 5 July 1999.
Traffic rights for airlines designated by Sweden
Routes to be operated in both directions by the designated airline of Sweden; Point of departure - Stockholm, Intermediate points - Tasjkent, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore Destination - Djakarta.
The intermediate points may be omitted on any or all flights.
In operating or holding out services on the agreed routes, any designated airline of one Contracting Party may enter into co-operative marketing arrangements such as blocked-space or code-sharing arrangements with an airline or airlines of either Contracting Party or an airline or airlines of a third party.
No specific limitations.
Indonesia has concluded a horizontal air service agreement with EU
EU’s horizontal agreement aims at bringing all Member States bilateral agreements with Indonesia to be in line with certain EU provisions. This means that some of the articles in the bilateral agreement between Sweden and Indonesia no longer applies, since they are replaced by the provisions in the horizontal agreement.
