Initial transfer to an Annex I attachment

This Annex I aircraft form, developed by the Swedish Transport Agency, shall be filled out and submitted for an initial transfer of a valid class or type from logbook to an Annex I attachment.

For revalidation, renewal or extension of class or type in the Annex I attachment, use our form TSL7554. I f you do not hold an EASA licence issued in Sweden, you need to submit copies of your EASA licence and a valid Medical.

When the revalidation is based on experience and refresher training in accordance with FCL.740.A (b) (ii), copies from your logbook showing the revalidation shall be submitted.
