- Australia (by correspondence), regarding increasing frequencies and traffic rights
- Argentina, regarding modernization of the Air Services Agreement
- Saudi Arabia, regarding modernization of the Air Services Agreement
- Nigeria, regarding modernization of the Air Services Agreement
