The exercise of rights at any intermediate or beyond points are to be agreed upon between the aeronautical authorities.

Capacity regime

Passenger capacity entitlement: 2800 seats per week.

Cargo capacity entitlement: For dedicated cargo services on the specified routes the designated airlines can freely determine frequency, capacity and aircraft type to be operated.

Australia has concluded a horizontal air service agreement with EU

EU’s horizontal agreement aims at bringing all Member States bilateral agreements with Australia to be in line with certain EU provisions. This means that some of the articles in the bilateral agreement between Sweden and Australia no longer applies, since they are replaced by the provisions in the horizontal agreement.
