Paying and notification of congestion tax
The taxable passages made by a vehicle into or out of Stockholm and Gothenburg during one month will be added together and dispatched to you as a tax decision. The tax is then payed in arrears.

Congestion tax is charged during fixed hours for vehicles driving into and out of Stockholm city centre and on Essingeleden. The purpose of the congestion tax is to reduce congestion and improve accessibility.

Application for charter flight and serial flight
An application for individual flights (ad hoc flights) must be filed with the Swedish Transport Agency no later than 48 hours before the flight is due to begin. Saturdays, Sundays and Swedish public holidays are not included in this time span.
