Skilltest and proficiency check UL sailplane in a TMG

TSL7349

This form shall be used for the initial issue and proficiency checks of a national UL-certificate/UL-annex for sailplane in a TMG. This form is not applicable for UL sailplane/powered sailplane, then form TSL 7348 shall be used.
