Automatic validation of DEL-FCL licences when flying outside the EU
If you intend to fly in a country outside the EU with an aircraft registered in an EU Member State other than the one that issued your pilot licence, you need to have a note to this effect entered in your Part-FCL licence.
All licence holders who hold a commercial licence issued in 2019 have this notification in their licence. If you have a licence issued before 2019 and need to have this note added to your licence, please send a written request to: certifikat.w3d3@transportstyrelsen.se. Please also include your licence number in this request.
In addition to the notification in your certificate, you need to download and bring the ICAO appendix below when flying:
