Notification of aircraft operator

If an aircraft is used by someone who is not the registered owner during an indefinite period of time or during a definite period of time of at least one month, this needs to be notified to the Swedish aircraft registry.

The Act on Liability for Damage Arising from Air Traffic (1922:382) regulates who (the owner or the operator) is responsible for damage, and it is therefore important that this information is noted in the Swedish aircraft registry.
