Application for verification of origin
The service Application for verification of origin consists of four steps, where you will be asked to enter information about you and your vehicle. The application will be registered with us once all steps have been completed. After the last step, a PDF-document containing a summary of the information you have entered will be created. The second page of this document will contain information about which documents you should send us in order to complete your application. Please note that you will need an e-mail address to use this service. A confirmation e-mail containing this PDF-document will be sent to the e-mail address stated on your application.
Please note that you should also print out this document and sign it in order to complete your application and send in the required documents. The program Acrobat Reader is required on your computer in order to read and print out the document. This program may be downloaded for free on Adobe's website.
In the PDF-document you will be given a bank account number and an OCR-number tied to your application. With these you are able to pay your application fee as soon as possible. You cannot send your payment in the form of a cheque, cash or similar.
