As before, you can apply for off road notification in the following ways:

• online via our service Make an off road notification for a vehicle (in Swedish only) or
• in writing on your registration certificate

You no longer need to use the scratch code. Instead use:

• the authorisation code on the registration certificate and your registration number
  or
• confirm your authorisation using digital ID (only if making an off road notification online)
