Den här blanketten används vid ansökan om undantag från Del-IS enligt  IS.I/D.OR.200 (e).
Övriga undantag från regler i olika EU-förordningar inom luftfart hänvisas till TSL7801.

This form is used for application for derogation from Part-IS according to IS.I/D.OR.200 (e).
Other derogations from rules in different EU-regulations within civil aviation shall use TSL7801.
