Boat Construction Advance

A person who has ordered a boat and has paid/is going to pay an advance in the form of money or building materials to the manufacturer and has drafted a written agreement to that effect may have the agreement recorded in the registry according to the Act (1975:605) on registration of boat construction advances.

Registration – boat construction advance

• Form 21: APPLICATION to record boat construction advance
• Original agreement
• National registration/birth certificate showing citizenship if the customer is a private person
• Company Registration issued by the Swedish Companies Office within the past twelve months if the customer/manufacturer is a legal person
• Report showing the length, breadth, hull and steering mechanism
