Disputes and setting conditions
The infrastructure managers or railway companies may refer disputes to the Swedish Transport Agency for mediation. This might, for instance, involve assessing whether the infrastructure manager’s decisions regarding allocation of capacity, levying of charges or the provision of services comply with the Railway Act. It may also concern setting the conditions of track access agreements. Link to railway regulations (new window).
