Withdrawn approvals
Pursuant to the Railway Act, the Swedish Transport Agency may
withdraw an approval if:
- The preconditions for the approval are no longer met.
- The holder fails to meet his obligations under the law or under
regulations promulgated with the backing of the law.
Further, the Agency may inform the holder about injunctions and
prohibitions needed to ensure observance of the Act or of the
regulations or conditions issued with the backing of the Act.
Injunctions and prohibitions may be combined with penalties.
