EC regulation 1107/2006 - handling of complaints

The Swedish Transport Agency is the appointed national enforcement body of regulation EC 1107/2006 on the rights for disabled and reduced mobility air passengers. The Swedish Transport Agency will be handling complaints from the public about airports situated in Sweden and airlines that have been issued an operating licence by the Swedish Transport Agency.
